Surge: a territory in, conversations out

Name a region, a vertical and the titles you sell to. Surge finds the companies, finds and verifies the people, writes each email and sends from your own inbox, with follow-ups that stop the moment someone replies. You stay in the loop, or step out of it on purpose.

How it works

Five steps, one afternoon, no list to buy

1

Define the run

Territory, vertical, company size, the titles you sell to, and how hands-on you want to be: Guided (you approve each batch) or Full auto.

2

Discover companies

Surge builds the account list from public sources and verified company indexes, screens out the ones that cannot buy, and shows you who made the cut and why.

3

Find and verify people

For each company, the right person by title, with the address verified before you ever see it. Only people at the verified bar are shown or charged.

4

Write and review

One personalized email per person, from your profile or from your own words. Guided mode holds the batch for your edits and approval; nothing sends until you say so.

5

Send and follow up

From your own Gmail or Outlook, warmed and paced. Follow-ups continue the thread with a new angle each time and stop on reply. Replies land in your inbox and in Lakewave.

Guardrails

Autonomous where it should be, accountable where it must be

Most AI-SDR tools ask you to trust a black box with your domain. Surge is built so you never have to.

Your mailbox, protected

Sends from your own address under a warmup curve and inside your limits. Bounces or complaints past a threshold pause the mailbox on their own; you resume it on purpose.

Verified at the moment of sending

Every address is re-checked right before it goes, not only when it was found. Stale people never get mail.

One conversation per person

Nobody is contacted twice across Surge, Quickstart or a campaign, and a reply stops the sequence that day.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is Surge?

Surge is Lakewave's autonomous prospecting run. You describe a territory (a city, a state, a region), a vertical and the titles you sell to. Surge discovers the companies that fit, finds and verifies the right person at each, writes a personalized email per person, and sends from your own connected mailbox on a schedule that protects it. Follow-ups continue the thread automatically and stop the moment someone replies.

Is this an AI SDR?

It does the work an SDR does between the list and the reply: research, verification, writing, sending and follow-up. The difference from autonomous-SDR tools is where the person sits. Guided mode holds every batch for your review before anything sends. Full auto mode is a deliberate switch, and even then every address is re-checked before it goes, sends stay inside your mailbox's limits, and nobody is contacted twice.

How are emails written?

From your sender profile: what you sell, to whom, and why it matters, plus what is publicly known about each company. Or from your own words: write the intro and subject once and Surge personalizes it per person. Follow-ups build on the thread, each with a new angle, and never restate the pitch.

What does Surge cost?

Outcome pricing on the account's credits: per company delivered into your session, per verified person, per draft. Nothing for searches that turn up nobody. A run of ten companies with one verified person and one email each is roughly 60 credits, about $3 on the Pro plan.

What stops it from burning my domain?

Sends go out from your own mailbox under a warmup curve, inside business hours in the recipient's time zone, with natural gaps and spacing between people at the same company. Every address is verified right before the send. Hard bounces or complaints past a threshold pause the mailbox automatically, and a person in one live sequence is never picked up by another.
